- Licensed by the Ministry of Justice to perform notarial services.
- An accredited notary with the authority to notarize a wide range of documents and transactions, including real estate title transfers; issuance and revocation of powers of attorney; registration and release of mortgages; notarization of company formation contracts, amendment addenda, partner resolutions, and general assembly minutes; notarization of transactions related to trademarks, patents, and copyrights; contracts involving movable assets; as well as notarizing surety guarantees and formal acknowledgments of monetary amounts or movable property (including their receipt or relinquishment).
